A work day spent in the garden…

Be part of a team where your hard work nurtures growth—both in the garden and in yourself.

We started Solid Roots because we wanted more from the hours we dedicate to our work each day. We understand how challenging it can be to find a job that is both enjoyable and meaningful. A career in gardening offers just that—an opportunity to work outside, immerse yourself in the beauty of nature, use your hands and body as tools to create something lasting, plant life into the earth, and connect with the world around us in a deeper, more fulfilling way.

Gardening is not for the faint of heart—it can be incredibly hard work. Some days, it feels like spending a full day at the gym, lifting, shoveling, and pushing wheelbarrows of mulch into gardens. Other days, you might find yourself weeding under the blazing sun, rooted in the same spot for hours. Each season brings its own unique challenges, testing both your strength and your perseverance.

If you’re someone who thrives on a challenge, finds joy in working with your hands, and feels fulfilled by creating beauty in the world around you, then gardening might be the perfect fit. At Solid Roots, we embrace the hard work because we know the rewards—both tangible and intangible—are worth every effort. If you’re ready to join a team that values dedication, nature, and growth, we’d love to hear from you. Apply today and take the first step toward a career that’s as rewarding as it is demanding.
